Aquinas Academic Programs ::
     Nursing - ASN

Overview

The Associate of Science Degree at Aquinas College is more than an acquisition of classroom skills. It is learning the appreciation and respect for the dignity of all human life. It is learning to care for the soul and mind as well as the body, because spiritual formation is an important aspect of the program. The curriculum is designed to prepare the Associate Degree student for licensure as a registered nurse and for practice as a generalist within a variety of settings in the health care system. The Associate Degree program incorporates a strong clinical focus requiring critical thinking and the application of theoretical knowledge.
