Alumni Advisory Council

Aquinas alumni, representing graduates from all decades and degree programs, are chosen to serve on the Aquinas Alumni Advisory Council (AAAC.) Council members are alumni who are actively interested in advancing the mission of Aquinas College and its alumni and who work closely with the Director of Alumni Relations and the President of the College on alumni issues.

The Alumni Advisory Council acts as an advisory body to Aquinas College. Members serve gratis for a three-year term. As an advisory body, the duties of the Council are to:

  • Assist in planning for long-range development
  • Suggest ways and means of increasing revenues and organizing fund-raising projects
  • Assist in recruitment of students to the College
  • Promote good relations with various publics of the College
  • Continually present the image of the College to associates and constituencies
  • Assist in the selection of Distinguished Alumni of the Year to be honored by the College
