Completion of an ACCESS (Aquinas College Cares about Every Student’s Success) Day is required for all new students. Here is what you can expect at an ACCESS day:

ACCESS Day Registration

Only admitted students are allowed to RSVP for an ACCESS day. If you have not been officially admitted to the College, please contact Admissions at (615) 297-7545 x460 before completing this form.
  • Please choose your intended entrance term:
  • ACCESS is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you have questions regarding ACCESS day, please call the Office of Admissions at 615.297.7545 x 606.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Required Forms

The following forms should be submitted at check-in on ACCESS Day. Any questions about these forms can be directed to the Registrar’s Office at or (615) 297-7545 x 430.

Student Handbook

Make sure you read through the student handbook before your ACCESS day. You will be asked to sign a statement that you have read and understand the policies and provisions listed in the Handbook.

Temporary Parking Pass

Please click on the link below to print off a parking permit valid for your ACCESS day, to be displayed on the dashboard of your car.
