Attendance Policy
You must contact your tutor or the SLS office 24 hours in advance (or as soon as possible in the case of an emergency) if you cannot attend a scheduled tutoring session. Students receiving individual tutoring who miss two (2) sessions in a semester without prior notification will lose their time slot and it will become available to other students. Students who cancel three (3) or more appointments with proper notification must meet with the Director of SLS to discuss their commitment to tutoring before they are allowed to attend future sessions. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session will forfeit their appointment for that particular day.
