VERIFICATION OF ENROLLMENT

Verifications are frequently requested by insurance companies, employers, scholarship programs and credit agencies.

Please submit in writing:

  1. Your legal name and social security number.
  2. The semester(s) you wish to have verified.
  3. The company, institution, person to whom it should be sent.
  4. The address where it should be mailed.

Mail or bring to the Office of the Registrar.

Did you know?

All degrees are conferred in May. Diplomas are issued with a December, May or August date depending on date of completion of required course work.
