What is "Teens With Christ?"
TEENS with CHRIST is a prayer retreat open to all 8th, 9th and 10th graders in the Nashville Diocese. It will be an exciting weekend for both youth and their youth ministers. The prayerful atmosphere will be filled with lively music, dynamic speakers, and energetic workshops. Participants also will be given time for personal and group interaction. Highlights of the weekend will include Eucharistic Adoration, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and several guest speakers.

When Is The Retreat?
The retreat will begin with arrival at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2007, and end promptly at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 14, 2007.

Where Is The Retreat?
The retreat will be held at the Dominican Campus, home of Aquinas College, Overbrook School, and St. Cecilia Academy.  The Dominican Campus is located at 4210 Harding Road in Nashville, TN.

What Is The Cost?
The cost of the retreat is $35.00 per participant for those who register by Monday, September 24th. Late registrants will be required to pay $40. We would prefer that each group send one check for all registrants, so please make checks payable to your church or parish youth group, memo line "Teens With Christ," and turn in to your group leader. This includes retreat materials; housing; lunch and dinner on Saturday; breakfast on Sunday; and two snacks throughout the weekend.

How Do I Register?
Registering is easy.Just print out the Teens With Christ brochure , fill out the registration form included in the brochure, and submit it to the "Teens With Christ" representative at your church (your Religion Teacher, Youth Group Leader, or Pastor,) along with $35.00 made payable to your church or parish youth group.  A group leader from each parish or school group must fill out a Group Registration Form  and submit one check made payable to Aquinas College to cover the $35.00 registration fee for each participant as well as the individual registration forms.  The deadline for individual registration forms is Monday, September 24, 2007.  Group registration forms are due Monday, October 1. Late registrants will be required to pay $40.

What Is The Role Of The Chaperones?
Chaperones are critical to the success of the retreat and will participate in all its aspects. They will help with crowd control and help maintain a safe, prayerful environment for all  retreat participants. Chaperones must attend sessions and stay with the members of their youth group at all times during the retreat. There will be one chaperone for every seven youth participating in the retreat. If a group will include both males and females, they must provide both male and female chaperones. The cost of attendance for chaperones is $25. Please submit one check made payable to Aquinas College to cover the cost of attendance for all chaperones.

Where Do We Sleep?
All participants will sleep on The Dominican Campus. The girls will sleep at St. Cecilia Academy while the boys will sleep at Aquinas College. Chaperones will be sleeping with their groups. Adult Volunteers will be supervising these locations throughout the night.

What Should I Bring?
All you need to bring is a sleeping bag, pillow, overnight bag, Bible and a Rosary.

Professional security personnel will  be present on campus throughout the retreat, with extra coverage overnight.
