Executive Assistant to the President of Aquinas College 

Aquinas College is seeking qualified applicants for the Executive Assistant to the President of the College. The Executive Assistant supports the mission of Aquinas College and fulfills responsibilities according to the guidance of the President, the Aquinas Board of Directors, and the administration of the College that pertain to the operations of the institution.

Position: Executive Assistant to the President of Aquinas College
Reports to: The President of Aquinas College

Reasons for Position: The Executive Assistant to the President provides administrative support and assistance directly to the President of Aquinas College and is the person who interfaces with members of the College, the Dominican Campus, and the wider community on behalf of the Office of the President. Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00-4:00 pm with occasional evening and weekend events. Job to begin possibly as soon as October, 2019.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Background in educational or business office work experience preferred.
  • Proficiency and certification in Microsoft Office environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with a wide variety of individuals and constituents on behalf of the President of the College.
