2019 Summer Workshop for Catholic Educators

EDU 340 Foundations of Education: The Catholic School

EDU 340 is a three-day workshop focusing on the nature, purpose, and mission of the Catholic school. Using the documents of the Church on education as the focal point, colleagues in Catholic education form a unique professional learning community as they examine the importance of the teacher in accomplishing the mission of education. This workshop is offered in partnership with the Catholic Schools Office of the Diocese of Nashville.

A certificate will be issued for professional development hours. This workshop is not for college credit.

Workshop Registration Information

To register please submit the following by May 17, 2019.

1. Download, save, complete, and print the registration form.

2. Provide full payment for the workshop by check or credit card.

3. Provide a copy of your teacher certification, or proof of certification, or your most recent college transcript if certification is in process.

1-3 participants from a given school:            $150.00 each

4 or more participants from a given school:  $75.00 each

Note: Schools may wish to submit one payment for all attendees. Payment is due by May 17, 2019.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be granted to persons making cancellations up to one week prior to scheduled workshop date. No refunds will be granted after the deadline.
