Mass of the Holy Spirit

Posted on Thursday, September 9, 2021

On August 24th Aquinas College continued a tradition that has been part of its history every year since 1961. Every academic year for the past sixty years has opened by gathering in prayer at the Mass of the Holy Spirit, invoking the Holy Spirit to be present and to guide instruction and study throughout the coming year. This year, the Mass marked the opening of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the College.  Aquinas alumnus Reverend Justin Raines (’07) was the main celebrant and homilist for the Mass.
