Family Literacy Night 2026

The School of Education Literacy Center at Aquinas College invites you to the 7th annual Family Literacy Night on October 1st from 5:30-6:30pm in the Aquinas Center. The theme for this event is “Virtues in Picture Books.” Families will rotate around literacy stations led by local teachers and Aquinas teacher candidates as they explore examples of the virtues in children’s literature. These examples can show children how we can find examples of the virtues even in the books we read. The purpose of the event is to support parents and children in reading together as a family and celebrate the joy of children’s literature.
