“Fairy Tales, Folk Tales, and Fables, Oh My!”

Family Literacy Night is open to families with elementary-age children in the Diocese of Nashville. Tonight’s theme is “Fairy Tales, Folk Tales, and Fables, Oh My!” Literacy stations will be set up for families to rotate through during the evening. The stations will be led by Aquinas College teacher candidates as well as local teachers. Tips and tricks for parents for reading to children at home will be included.

The Literacy Center at Aquinas College engages teacher candidates in literacy instruction best practices. The Literacy Center is pleased to offer literacy programs for K-5 students, their parents, and the broader community.
