Catechist Formation Video Library

Grow in Understanding and Love of the Catholic Faith

Aquinas College and the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia are pleased to offer this collection of free faith formation videos as a resource for catechists, educators, school leaders, parents, parish volunteers, and all who desire a deeper understanding of the Catholic faith.

Developed as part of the Aquinas College Catechist Formation Program, these videos present the essential teachings of the Church in a clear, faithful, and accessible manner. Whether you are preparing to teach the faith, seeking ongoing formation, or simply wishing to deepen your own relationship with Christ and His Church, these resources provide a solid foundation for study and reflection.

About the Program

The Catechist Formation Program consists of six courses organized around the five major pillars of Catholic formation:

  • Creed
  • Sacraments
  • Moral Life
  • Prayer
  • Catechetical Methods

Together, these topics reflect the unity and coherence of the Catholic faith. What we believe is professed in the Creed, celebrated in the Sacraments, lived through Christian morality, and nourished through prayer. Effective catechesis draws all of these elements together in service of evangelization and lifelong discipleship.

A Gift to the Church

Aquinas College is committed to supporting the Church’s mission of evangelization and catechesis. By making these videos freely available, we hope to assist all those who share in the important work of passing on the faith and forming disciples of Jesus Christ.

We invite you to explore the courses below and make use of these resources in your home, parish, school, or personal study.

It is important to remember that this formation in the Church’s doctrine is an essential part of any formation as a catechist, but it is only one component of the formation of the individual.
