CGS Formation: Registration

CGS Formation Training

Intensive Residential Formation Training for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd — Holy Child Atria, Aquinas College, Nashville, TN. Registration includes course tuition, books, materials, all meals, and overnight accommodations. Each course is limited to 24 participants; at least 12 participants must register for the course to be offered. Please fill out the form below to register. Level 1, Part A – July 12-18, 2026

Level 2, Part B – July 5-11, 2026

Please mark which course you will attend. Please note that courses have prerequisites for one another. For example, Part B cannot be taken before completing Part A and Level 2 cannot be taken before completing Level 1.

Payment of Registration Fee(Required)
