Update Official Records in Registrar’s Office

Updated information is essential for all Aquinas College mailings, Student Account & Financial Aid notifications, and emergencies.

Current students are responsible for updating contact and personal information directly in their Blackbaud student portal.  For instructions, contact the Registrar at registrar@aquinascollege.edu.

Former students may communicate their change of address or contact information to the Registrar’s Office by one of the following:

  • Mail a letter to the Office of the Registrar requesting a change
  • Fill out the Change of Address Form on this page
  • Send an email to registrar@aquinascollege.edu.

Note: Address/phone number changes are made campus wide through the Office of the Registrar only. Making a change in any other department will not guarantee all records have been changed.

Use this form to update your address in your Aquinas College records. You will receive an email notification after you complete the form.  (If you are a current student at Aquinas, please do not use this form;  update your contact and personal information directly in your Blackbaud portal).

  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Change of Name

To have your legal name changed in Aquinas College records, legal authorization is necessary. Bring to the Office of the Registrar one of the following: (Drivers License/Social Security card are not acceptable)

  • Court Order
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Birth Certificate
  • Divorce Decree

A copy will be made, placed in your permanent file, and the change completed.
